Located in Marshall, the University
provides students with a new state of the art Student Center as well as a newly remodeled library. Students enjoy a wide variety of clubs and organizations that
provide opportunity for leadership development and national competition. The NCAA DII athletic program not only offers the opportunity for participation but also the chance to watch talented athletes
in action.

With over 40 degree programs, SMSU
faculty and staff can take the time to
focus on each student. The average class size at Southwest is 23 which enhances the student’s ability to network with peers, make friends, and establish partnerships with our faculty.
