This initiative is designed to support outstanding students, with a particular focus on those who are in the South Carolina Honors College and first-generation college students.
The University of South Carolina is deeply committed to both achievement and access. The South Carolina Honors College offers a highly engaging academic environment, with small, discussion-based classes and opportunities for research, leadership and global learning. Through the First-Generation Center, students receive vital resources, mentorship and a strong sense of community as they navigate their college experience
