Elin Wahman

Elin Wahman serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Annexstad Family Foundation. Her work spans the full arc of strategic development, from designing alumni programming and building external partnership capacity to establishing the frameworks and systems that will shape the Foundation's direction for years to come. Grounded in organizational effectiveness and change management, Elin translates long-term vision into operational structure, aligning leadership priorities with program design and stakeholder engagement to drive sustained, meaningful impact. 

Elin holds a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communications and Spanish studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She also holds a certification in High Impact Philanthropy from the University of Pennsylvania.
